Shrimp, Collards & Grits

I recently came across this beautiful, just-released cookbook by Pat Branning. Actually, Pat a friend and neighbor down in Beaufort was kind enough to send me a signed copy for review.

  • Thank you for sharing this. As I’ve said before I love cookbooks and read them like novels. I am planning on doing your grits and horseradish. That looks so good and we’re planning on having it with chicken. I’ll let you know how it goes. Hopefully I can use it on the blog and link it back to you 🙂

  • Marisa – that recipe would be great with chicken. Also delicious with beef and pork. Happy cooking! Thank you.
