A Return From Savannah with Delicious Reports – stay posted!

Hello friends!

Forgive my recent absence. I’ve been in Savannah eating and researching for Savannah Chef’s Table. I found all sorts of goodies, including this from Cha Bella, an extra locally and carefully sourced restaurant in downtown Savannah.

This superbly fresh version of sauteed local scallops and wild Georgia shrimp was ever-so-lightly perfumed and enhanced with fresh cucumbers, herbs and a sweet corn puree.

I will fill you in, in detail, on all the sweet and savory Savannah finds over the weekend on this blog.

It was a wonderful trip. I sense yogurt, fruit, salads and tennis in my immediate future.

I will check in with you very soon!

All the best wishes, as always, for beautiful, delicious food, good times and a wonderful life! Holly
