Are You Feeling the Tart Love?

I was so pleased to receive a link to this post by food blogger/journalist/chef and author-to-be, Hillary Davis, earlier today. She wrote a wonderful review about Tart Love: Sassy, Savory and Sweet. Thank you, Hillary! Here’s the link:

Here’s a picture of one of my favorite recipes in the book,  Panna Cotta Tart with Roasted Fresh Figs in Balsamic Honey Sauce. The fabulous photo is by Helene Dujardin. This cool, soothing tart is perfect for a hot summer day when easy, elegant entertaining is in order.

Tart Love is available now for discounted pre-orders on Amazon. The book will be officially released October 1, 2011 and available on-line and in all major bookstores.

As always, happy and delicious cooking!

That looks amazing, I love figs and am constantly fighting the birds for the fresh ones in my backyard!

Found your blog recently and have to say I love the design and content. Photography is truly amazing. Enjoying your reviews for the Holy City, as well.
