Holly Herrick is an awarded cookbook author and food writer who draws inspiration from the beauty and seasonal, local produce and delicious food and restaurants of her home town, Charleston, SC. Holly is the author of six cookbooks, including Southern Farmers Market (Gibbs Smith, June, 2009) and The Charleston Chef’s Table Cookbook – Extraordinary Recipes from the Heart of The Old South (Three Forks Press, December, 2009) In 2011, Holly released two new books, Tart Love – Sassy, Savory, and Sweet (Gibbs Smith, October, 2011) and Food Lovers’ Charleston & Savannah – A guide to the Best Restaurants, Markets and Local Culinary Offerings (Globe Pequot Press, December, 2011).
